🚨 Temp admin / customer service 🚨
Tanjong Pagar
1 Jun 2026 – 30 Nov 2026
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
$2,200 – $2,400
💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Processing Operations
• Perform daily crediting of units arising from new issuances such as Structured Warrants, Daily Leverage Certificates, Structured Certificates, Warrants, Bond Issuances and ETF creations/redemptions
• Handle cross-border transfers and crediting of shares arising from Employee Share Option Schemes, warrant conversions and Singapore Government Securities
• Ensure depository holdings are backed by physical certificates lodged withbank vault daily
🔹 Customer Service
• Attend to queries from issuers and appointed professionals in a professional and timely manner
