About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Temenos TAP Functional Business Analyst to support large-scale Private Banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Triple A Plus (TAP) and deep understanding of end-to-end wealth management and trading lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Delivery

• Lead requirements gathering through Product Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and stakeholder discussions
• Analyse business requirements and prepare Gap Analysis documentation
• Develop and maintain HLSD, FSD, and user stories aligned to Agile delivery
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and Technical Teams for implementation
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders across business and IT

Functional Expertise

• Drive functional design and implementation across:Order & Trade Lifecycle ManagementPortfolio Performance AnalysisStrategy ConstraintsClient Screens, Statements & Reporting
• Support implementations involving:Temenos Triple A (TAP)T24, TDS, TDH integrations
• Ensure alignment with Private Banking and Wealth Management processes

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Communicate complex functional and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across business, IT, and vendor teams
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and decision-making processes
• Support change management and drive consensus across stakeholders

Quality & Governance

• Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution
• Ensure deliverables meet project governance and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
• Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP)
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Private Banking implementations
• Deep knowledge in:Securities, Derivatives, Structured ProductsPayments, Deposits, Loans, FX

Business Analysis Expertise

• Proven experience in:PLW sessions and Gap AnalysisWriting HLSD, FSD, User StoriesAgile/Scrum delivery environments

Certifications

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) – Preferred
• Agile certifications – Advantage

Tools & Technologies

• Proficient in:JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office
• Exposure to:Cloud, AI/ML, APIs – Good to have
