Responsibilities

• Proactively engage working professionals via phone and virtual platforms to introduce relevant training opportunities
• Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets
• Schedule virtual consultations and manage customer enquiries
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance tracking

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in telesales, business development, recruitment, or related fields
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
