KEY RESONSIBILITIES

• Identify target audiences and plan marketing campaign goals.
• Create key marketing messages, content, and materials for lead generation.
• Support the creation of marketing collaterals, handle promo enquiries, and help design product bundles for different customer groups.
• Set up and manage Telegram and WhatsApp communities for Group Buy and ID projects.
• Plan and run community engagement events.
• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to generate and follow up on leads.
• Research competitors and analyse market trends.
• Prepare reports and track campaign performance (basic Excel & Pivot Table skills).
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries and feedback on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Google Reviews).

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent (candidates with relevant skills and passion are welcome to apply even without formal experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing activities (fresh graduates or career switchers with strong interest in marketing and community engagement will also be considered).
• Good working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Enjoys engaging in conversations, building relationships, and proactively connecting with people.
• Creative problem solver who loves to propose ideas and find practical solutions.
• Experience in planning and organizing physical events is an advantage.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Confident, driven, and dynamic — able to work well in a team and independently when required.

NOTE:
Working Hours:

• Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, (full day in AMK office)
• Sat & Sun (half day in Sungei Kaduk Megastore Gain City)
• Public Holiday sometimes also need to work
