Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce event opportunities
Arrange and coordinate business meeting appointments
Update and maintain records using Excel
Perform basic research to identify potential contacts
Provide on-site support during the event
Assist with general administrative and ad hoc duties
