Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to generate qualified leads and appointments for CRM, ERP, Data & AI products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound calling, database research, and B2B lead generation within technology or software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce ERP, CRM, Data & AI solutions and generate interest
• Identify and engage decision-makers such as IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads to secure qualified leads and appointments for the sales team
• Research and build targeted prospect lists to support lead generation efforts
• Qualify leads by applying BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to ensure sales readiness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or lead management systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set to meet sales goals
• Stay informed on product updates and positioning for ERP, CRM, Data & AI solutions to effectively communicate value propositions
• Handle initial objections professionally and route interested prospects to the Sales Team for further engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
• Experience in telemarketing or inside sales within the IT or software industry
• Willingness to work from office

Other Information

Salary Range – SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,200
