Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in guestrooms and public areas to maintain operational efficiency and meet quality standards
• Inspect and repair guestroom grouting and silicone works, including corridors, to ensure durability and guest safety
• Apply painting to guestrooms, lift landings, and corridors to maintain aesthetic standards and protect surfaces
• Maintain and repair wallpaper in guestrooms and corridors, including installation, to preserve interior appearance
• Repair and maintain guestroom furniture, fixtures, and fittings, including varnishing and touch-up works, to ensure functionality and visual appeal
• Conduct in-house repairs and general maintenance tasks promptly to support smooth hotel operations
• Collaborate with management to carry out additional duties as assigned to meet hotel maintenance needs

Requirements

• Hold a minimum NTC-3 in Building Services or possess equivalent hands-on handyman experience
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry, painting, varnishing, silicone, grouting, and wallpaper works
