Job Description:

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems.
• Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs, including water supply, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Assist in repairing, fixing, and installing furniture and fixtures, such as doors, cabinets, shelves, tables, chairs, locks, hinges, and fittings.
• Maintain and monitor meter rooms, including water, electrical, and other utility meters, ensuring proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical devices and systems, such as lighting, switches, sockets, panels, and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, faults, and maintenance requests.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedules and checklists.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and report defects or major issues to supervisors.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and other tasks assigned by management or supervisors

Requirements:

• Technical certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, or related field.
• Proven experience in air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.  
• Basic knowledge of building services and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to understand and solve technical problems efficiently.   
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to emergency callouts if required.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, and a responsible work attitude.

Working Conditions - On-site facility-based work and may require working beyond normal working hours
