Responsibilities

•          Working as Facility maintenance technician.

•          Execute maintenance services.

•          Assist to help in projects or improvement works (installation, testing and commission)

•         12 hours work per day and 7 days’ work per 2 weeks rotating shift work on building operations and systems (Integrated Plant Management System, Emergency Voice Communication System, ACMV, Power Monitoring and Control System, Lift and Escalator system and Lighting control system.

•         24/7 standby for alarm/fault notification on duty phone. On receiving of alarm/fault notification, technician to attend, verify and try to rectify on site. If fault is too complicated, escalate to OEM or contractors to follow up.

•          Attend to user complain on power failure, lighting failure, air conditioning complains etc

•          Routine checking and retrieval of data for building power consumption.

•          Minor repair/replacement works on electrical and lighting fixtures.

•         Each day and night shift will consist of two personnel working together under a buddy system.

Requirements

•          Singapore Citizen

•         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

•          At least 1~2 year(s) of relevant experience in industrial automation system.

•          Able to work independently and in a team with a can-do working attitude.

•          Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•          Assist to alliance with contractors and sub-contractors when needed.

•          Willing to work in secure environment.

•          Immediate availability or able to start in short notice period will be added advantage

•          Some Ad-Hoc duties

•          Enthusiastic, Positive attitude and resourceful

•          General Knowledge hands-on site installation.

•         Work as a part of a cross-functional project team, including the tracking and reporting of project status related to installation engineering development.

•          General computer knowledge

Working Hours

•         The Employee will observe a 7 days’ work per 2 weeks.
•         The Employee’s working 12 hours per day.
•         All Public Holiday will entitle for one (1) day pay.
•         Overtime pay will disburse on the following month upon submitting to account by end of the month for project manager’sapproval.
•         Employee shall have a 15mins hand over grace period during the change of shift to another personnel.
•         Table shows the four 12-hour shifts everyday throughout the contract period inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays.
