Provides routine and preventive maintenance and repairs for designated building, facilities and equipment, ensuring technical operations are in proper running order.  They perform a variety of ground and troubleshooting tasks and report to the supervisor of building maintenance. 

1.   Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.

2.   Complete make-ready process of vacant rooms, apartments as directed by the Chief Engineer.

3.   Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations

4.   Schedule and complete the "Preventive Maintenance Program".

5.   Coordinate special projects with vendors/contractors as directed by the Chief Engineer

6.   Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors.

7.  Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.

8.  Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.

9.  Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.  

10. Responsible for alerting the Chief Engineer of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

11. Complete payroll time sheets and submit to supervisor as determined.

12. Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. 

13. Assure Workplace safety standards are used which comply with all company & MOM guidelines.  

14. Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.

15. Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
