Job Description & Requirements

• Execute daily routine, periodic, and preventive maintenance for hotel building, facilities, and equipment
• Ensure high level of workmanship in line with hotel’s SOPs
• Attend to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Monitor and ensure efficient energy consumption
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for internal and external guests
• Passion for service and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Senior Technician role (for candidates with 5 years’ relevant experience):
  - Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  - Solicit quotations from contractors
  - Delegate and supervise engineering projects

Requirements

• Minimum NTC 3 / NTC 2 / Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Candidate with Electrical worker license will be advantageous.
• Able to do shift work (3 shifts/ 5 day work week including weekends).
• Individuals with a Nitec in Facility Management are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided for those without prior experience.
• Candidates with hotel experience will be preferred.
