Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director and Technical Sales Director, this position in Industrial Automation with key focus in Machine Vision, DEEP Learning, IIOT etc.

Responsibilities

• Technical SupportPerform technical benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutionsAssist in installation and running of product demonstration, events and exhibition of HALOCNStrong interest in guiding and impact knowledge to customers on product knowledge
• Presales and Solution ProviderPropose and implement creative, efficient solutions for machine vision problemsContribute to expanding our application for assigned Product Group (HALCON from MVTec, Deep Learning)Collaborate cross-functionally with supplier, customers, Sales Team and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions
• Organizer and Training ProviderOrganize and lead classes for customers for beginner and intermediate level

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer, Electronical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering fields, or Computer Science
• Prior experience as a Machine Vision Engineer, or preferably in similar industry
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Ability to travel in Asia region as required up to 15% - 20%

Other software requirements:

• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Visual Basic.Net, Python, MATLAB. Familiarity in OpenCV and Linux would be plus.
• Demonstrated experience in 3D development, Computer Vision, Image Processing and Embedded Vision.
• Demonstrated experience in working on imaging/camera systems.
• Demonstrated experience with GPU/CPU programming.
• Demonstrated experience in machine learning, deep learning, recommendation algorithm would be a plus.
