We're hiring a hands-on Technical Aircraft Specialist to join a high-performing team and contribute directly to production quality, process improvement, and new product launches.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.
• Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP).
• Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
• Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.

✅ Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (preferably aerospace)
• 1–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment
• Prefer applicant who has experience working in aviation industry
