RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) activities, including equipment buy-off, qualification, and pilot runs.

• Provide breakdown maintenance and advanced troubleshooting for high-precision printhead manufacturing equipment.

• Conduct process characterization studies and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance yield, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Perform equipment rebuilding and modification to support new projects and process requirements.

• Execute tool and fixture conversion to support different product prototypes and builds.

• Work closely with vendors and suppliers on new fixture fabrication, technical discussions, and spare parts procurement.

• Responsible for process data collection, analysis, and documentation, ensuring accurate records and traceability.

• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

• Participate actively in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and ensure compliance with company safety standards.

• Support cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and improving manufacturing readiness.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or technical roles

• Experience in precision equipment, semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environment preferred

• Strong hands-on skills in equipment troubleshooting and process optimization

• Familiar with NPDI, pilot runs, and equipment qualification activities

• Good problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
