Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and benchmarking analysis for engineering solutions
• Assist in product demonstrations, exhibitions, events, and system installations
• Conduct product knowledge sharing and technical guidance for customers
• Propose and implement Machine Vision and Deep Learning solutions
• Support application development for assigned product groups such as HALCON and Deep Learning solutions
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, sales team, and engineers to deliver effective solutions
• Organize and conduct beginner to intermediate technical training classes for customers
• Support presales activities and customer solution discussions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience in Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, or related industries
• Familiar with OpenCV, imaging/camera systems, image processing, and computer vision
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, VB.Net, Python, or MATLAB
• Experience with GPU/CPU programming
• Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Embedded Vision is advantageous
• Comfortable handling customer support and technical training
• Able to travel within Asia region when required (15% – 20%)
