Client Engagement & Business Development

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical challenges and business requirements.
• Conduct cold calling and walk-in visits to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing business development.

Product Presentation & Technical Support

• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and solutions to customer needs.
• Work closely with the service team to provide technical expertise, address complex inquiries, and support sales closure.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, solutions, and industry trends.

Implementation & After-Sales Support

• Assist with product installation, customer training, and troubleshooting of technical issues when required.
• Provide weekly activity updates and reports to the Manager on sales progress and customer engagements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence; candidates currently in the process of obtaining one will also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome; preferably those specializing in Engineering or related fields.
• Good communication skills and willingness to engage with clients.
