• Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Hydraulics)
• Working Location: Yishun Industrial Park A (5 mins walking from Canberra Station)
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Insurance & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company sales accounts, including technical system sales, product sales, calibration, and in-house services.
• Carry out sales activities to meet targets, including client visits, cold-calling, preparing quotations and proposals, presenting products, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Respond promptly to product enquiries and RFQs while supporting marketing activities when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, while identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales goals set by management.
• Plan, track, and report weekly sales activities and forecasts in line with targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 1 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer site visits when required.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative to achieve sales targets.
