Job Duties:

• Under general supervision, assists in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
• Prepares design calculations and specifications.
• Develops test procedures, conducts tests and completes test result analysis for assigned projects.
• Assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
• Incorporates Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product design, engineering changes, and technical improvement activities to meet business and customer requirements.
• Develop, review, and validate product designs, drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Lead or support product testing, validation, qualification, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure smooth product introduction and production support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization.
• Conduct technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product or process-related issues.
• Support compliance with internal engineering standards, industry specifications, and customer requirements.
• Participate in project planning, product transfer, and sustaining manufacturing engineering activities.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or product development environment.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, automation, electronics, or mechanical product environments preferred.
