We are hiring a Technical Pre-Sales Manager (Network Solution) to join our collaborative and innovative environment. In this role, you will be responsible in focusing on technical sales, bridging the gap between client requirements and vendor products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring all necessary information is collected before developing solutions.  
• Create internal design configuration documentation, including process diagrams and technical explanations, and perform technical development for bespoke solutions within a structured framework.  
• Develop compelling sales proposals and technical documents highlighting cost savings and business benefits of CMI positioning and managed services offerings.  
• Oversee project execution by coordinating with partners and customers until successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs.  
• Write, develop, and deliver client-facing documentation such as demonstration materials, service propositions, RFIs, RFPs, and translations of client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, with expertise in managing the deployment of ICT/ISP Managed Services and end-to-end Enterprise Solutions.  
• Extensive knowledge of network, network security, IP & ICT solutions, including campus and wireless network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.  
• Strong proficiency in Cisco and Fortinet solutions, covering routing, switching, firewalls, and network optimization.  
• Skilled in preparing solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations to support pre-sales and project delivery activities.  
• Familiar with network security concepts such as firewall policies, VPN, SD-WAN, and access control, with relevant security certifications a strong plus.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Projects) and experienced in working closely with clients and internal teams to develop tailored network solutions.
