Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in carrying out inspections and routine maintenance activities under the Mechanical and Electrical scope.
• Responsible for frontline response and operation, attending to complaints/faults, emergency standby.
• Execute scheduled maintenance as planned and carry out breakdown maintenance when fault is detected or reported.
• Hands-on knowledge on BMS

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Air-Conditioning/Building Services or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in M&E/ACMV
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
