Job Description & Requirements

• Oversee the daily technical operations of the commercial laundry and dry-cleaning facility.

• Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laundry and dry-cleaning machines.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise equipment downtime.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency are maintained.

• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting machinery and workflow.

• Train, mentor, and upskill operational staff on the proper use, maintenance, and safety procedures of equipment.

• Supervise technical staff and provide guidance on equipment maintenance and operational best practices.

• Liaise with equipment suppliers and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and technical support.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

• Recommend process improvements and equipment enhancements to improve productivity and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in lieu of qualifications will also be considered.

• At least 5 years of experience in the commercial laundry, dry-cleaning, or related industrial equipment industry.

• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry and dry-cleaning machinery, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

• Experience in supervising technical or operational teams.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
