Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep technical expertise across Corporate Banking technology platforms, especially Web3 and Blockchain platform, Internet Banking, Open Banking, Credit Processing Systems, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enable end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead technical solutioning and system design for projects and system enhancements; identify architecture and performance gaps and define remediation plans to improve platform stability, scalability, and performance.
• Serve as technical project manager, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines, resource and budget. Own development planning, system integration design, and delivery execution across multiple applications and platforms.
• Define, implement, comply with technical standards, processes, and best practices for Corporate Banking product and system implementation.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to internal team members and system integration (SI) vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Test Manager, and SI vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality system integration and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Act as Level 3 (L3) production support, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution of critical incidents with minimal business impact.
• Serve as Development Lead for CI/CD platforms, reviewing and approving code changes for Corporate Banking business applications and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards.

Requirements

• Sound business domain knowledge in stable coin/digital trade token and smart contract, and at least another two of the following areas, 1) payment and FX payment, 2) internet banking/ open banking/ mobile banking, 3) loan origination and credit processing, 4) core banking system, 5) accounting and enterprise general ledger, 6) treasury product knowledge (FX, fixed income, equity).
• Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in smart contract, Moralis, crypto KYT, crypto wallet, modern technology stacks, including public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, messaging (MQ), APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Web3, understand the latest development in the Web3 regulation especially stable coin and asset tokenization.
• Proven ability to interpret local regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. MAS guidelines) and translate them into technical and architectural implementations.
• Solid experience in enterprise application architecture, system integration, and large-scale implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer-oriented skills.
