Key Responsibilities:

• Support all requirements on the Technical & Maintenance management with the Operations Team to ensure that the Company premises meet the Landlord’s, Licensing and/or Regulatory requirements
• Facilitate and conduct inspection on repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, civil, sanitary and plumbing matters
• Collaborate with the Operations Team on minor A&A works and M&E related repair and replacement works
• Recommend and promote best practices in facility maintenance to the Operations Team to enhance workplace safety and improve energy efficiency
• Represent the Technical & Maintenance Team as a member of the Project Committee, providing competent facilities management input and support to the Project Management Department for new projects and tenders.
• Assist to manage the team of M&E Technicians and General Workers
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for work-related communication. Ability to communicate in additional languages such as Tamil, Bengali, or Mandarin is an advantage to support effective communication with dormitory residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Good computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational, leadership and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with good follow-through
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; able to work respectfully with migrant workers, stakeholders, vendors and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Certification in Fire Safety and/or SIFMA CFME Tier 4 or 5 will be an added advantage
