Experience & Qualifications:

• 6–12 years of experience as Technical Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Proven experience in: 
SharePoint implementations (mandatory)

Power Platform solutions (mandatory)

Portal / web application delivery: • Experience in Government / public sector projects (highly preferred)• Strong exposure to:• Agile / Scrum delivery models
Key Competencies• Strong technical acumen with business translation ability• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments• High attention to detail, quality, and traceability• Problem-solving mindset with delivery ownership
