You will also be responsible for in-house creative execution and copywriting of related internal communications, translating complex risk concepts into engaging multimedia assets without reliance on external creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Strategy & Design

- Scenario-Based Learning: Lead / support development and rollout of Tech Risk case-study modules.

2. Delivery & Execution
- Directed Unit Learning: Partner with Tech Unit leads to tailor ongoing, role-based learning (e.g. Workplace Hygiene, Desired Behaviours, Risk Appetite, Accountability & Ownership) and track completion.
- Social & Peer Learning: Curate and facilitate monthly incident-based learning sessions, turning real-world case studies into collaborative knowledge exchanges.
3. Digital & Campaign Management
- E-Learning & Gamification Platform: Leverage gamification engine and e-learning authoring tools to deploy digital learning at scale and measure platform engagement.
- In-House Creative Production: Independently design, develop, and deploy a wide range of visual and multimedia communication assets (e.g., eDMs, digital signage / lift banners, infographics, SharePoint / microsite content, and short-form videos).
- Copywriting: Draft compelling, jargon-free, and behaviourally informed copy for internal campaigns, newsletters, and leadership talking points that resonate with a highly technical audience.
- Internal Marketing: Support marketing and communications campaigns to reinforce key learnings and call out desired risk behaviours.
4. Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- KPI Tracking: Define and monitor adoption, knowledge-retention, and behaviour-change metrics across all learning streams.
- Feedback Loops: Solicit learner feedback, conduct periodic content audits, and refine modules iteratively to stay aligned with evolving Tech Risk Culture priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in corporate Learning & Development, Internal Communications, or equivalent.
- Proven track record designing and scaling adult learning programs – especially scenario-based, behavioural science–informed, and risk-related curriculum.
- Good working knowledge of digital learning tools: LMS platforms, gamification engines, e-learning authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline), email-marketing systems, and intranet content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Experienced in Corporate Communications, Internal Comms, or Digital Marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating self-produced visual and written campaigns.
- Good understanding of risk frameworks (3 Lines of Defence, RISE, KPIs) and change management best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with senior technologists, risk leaders, and sponsors.
- Hands-on proficiency with creative design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or video editing software).
