Job Description

Competency Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science or any related fields. Candidates with Science background will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates should ideally possess a minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Goal-driven, adaptable, resilient and self-motivated.
  • Possess coaching & mentoring skills, problem-solving ability, performance management, territory & pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
  • Effective written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Area of Coverage:

  • The role involves leading Sales & Marketing Executives who manage designated territories & key accounts, with periodic travel required in line with business requirements.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for driving business growth in line with the company’s objectives and strategic priorities by expanding the customer base, developing strategic accounts, and increasing product usage within assigned territories.
  2. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs in Oncology and general surgery.
  3. To support effective sales and marketing execution, as well as leading the product listing process.
  4. Manage existing accounts, secures orders, and supports marketing initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
  5. Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, while coordinating market surveys and gathering market intelligence to inform business planning and decision-making.
  6. To undertake any assigned tasks by the immediate superior.
