Job Description
Competency Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science or any related fields. Candidates with Science background will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should ideally possess a minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Goal-driven, adaptable, resilient and self-motivated.
- Possess coaching & mentoring skills, problem-solving ability, performance management, territory & pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
- Effective written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Area of Coverage:
- The role involves leading Sales & Marketing Executives who manage designated territories & key accounts, with periodic travel required in line with business requirements.

Job Description:
- Responsible for driving business growth in line with the company’s objectives and strategic priorities by expanding the customer base, developing strategic accounts, and increasing product usage within assigned territories.
- The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs in Oncology and general surgery.
- To support effective sales and marketing execution, as well as leading the product listing process.
- Manage existing accounts, secures orders, and supports marketing initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, while coordinating market surveys and gathering market intelligence to inform business planning and decision-making.
- To undertake any assigned tasks by the immediate superior.
