Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead, Hybrid Infrastructure to manage engineers supporting enterprise and government accounts across on-premises and cloud environments. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership to ensure high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering L2/L3 infrastructure support across diverse client environments to maintain system stability and performance
• Oversee daily operations of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix to ensure optimal functionality
• Manage and optimize cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS across multiple accounts to enhance service delivery
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI targets, ITIL processes, and governance standards to maintain service quality
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to resolve issues efficiently and reduce recurrence
• Plan and execute cloud migrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements to support business growth
• Implement automation and standardization initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual errors
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth service delivery and accurate reporting
• Support 24/7 operations including on-call and escalation management to ensure continuous service availability
