Work Scope

• Delivering high quality lessons in the spirit of the vision for learning
• Managing 1 to 1 classes, small group classes (3-8 pax) and online classes
• Effectively planning and reviewing curricula topics and assignments and implementing assessment schedules.
• Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks
• Developing and distributing teaching materials to supplement classroom lessons, including study guides
• Conducting practice tests to track progress, identify areas of improvement and help set goals for exam preparation
• Providing feedback on progress to students’ parents and teachers where appropriate

Requirements

• Experienced in teaching/tutoring primary or secondary school students in a private or group setting.
• Priority given to teachers/tutors with experience in teaching language.
• Able to impart skills and lead new teachers
• Able to control class and engage with students via virtual class and physical class.
• Good communication skills, able to manage students and teacher-parents relationships.
• Prefer candidates who are able to create teaching materials
• Able to provide basic consultations for the subject taught.
• Able to work on at least one of the weekends and rotate off-days during weekdays.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
• Able to work with a young group of passionate team
• Interested in the education industry and passionate about teaching
