Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and regulated TCM consultation, diagnosis and treatment services.
• Attend to patients’ inquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries.
• Develop personalised TCM treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with patients to encourage long-term care and follow-ups.
• Assist with administrative, operational, and strategic tasks to enhance the quality of services.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote public awareness and share health information.

Requirements:

• Registered TCM Practitioner with the TCMPB of Singapore.
• Bachelor’s Degree in TCM or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
