About our client: Our client is an EPC company specializing in the chemical, petrochemical, and high-tech industries.
About the role:
- Support the TCGM Manager in the overall management of TCGM (Total Chemical & Gas Management) operations at client sites.
- Attend customer meetings, provide technical updates, and submit daily operation reports.
- Lead and supervise a team of 6 technicians to ensure smooth operations and strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan and execute daily TCGM operations and preventive maintenance for chemical and gas distribution systems within semiconductor facilities.
- Conduct inspections to ensure chemical, slurry, and gas system integrity in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, including pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMB), and valve manifold panels (VMP).
- Manage on-site spare parts inventory and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor and analyze system performance, quality trends, and reliability data to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with customers to provide technical support and ensure sufficient chemical and gas materials are available within permitted usage limits.
- Train and coach team members, and coordinate with safety officers on required certifications and training courses.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and 5S practices in all TCGM-managed areas.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
About you:
- Possess a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, E&I Engineering, or equivalent working experience in TCGM, TCM, or TGM-related operations or maintenance.
- Proven supervisory skills in leading and managing a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in chemical, slurry, or gas system operations and/or troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Basic chemical knowledge and experience in chemical or gas operations, including understanding of P&ID and system design.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience in maintenance of pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, VMB, VMP, and related equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Good adaptability and flexibility.
- Work location is in the East of Singapore; candidates must be willing to work on-site.

- Work hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5.30pm)
