Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Singapore entities, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing by preparing deferred tax computations, tax provisions, and necessary financial disclosures.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors and manage all correspondence, inquiries, and audits from tax authorities.

• Monitor changes in local and international tax legislation to assess business impact and support the Tax Manager with ad-hoc governance projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation with 3–5 years of corporate tax compliance experience. Experience within a Commercial or MNC environment is preferred.

• Strong command of Singapore tax laws (CIT, WHT, GST).

• Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, analysis, and reconciliation).

• Ideally, exposure to international tax jurisdictions (specifically China, EU, or US) and general financial accounting.

• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

• Must be willing to travel periodically or be stationed overseas to support global operations if required.
