As a Tax Associate or Senior Associate based in the central part of Singapore with a five day in office work week, you will bridge the gap between compliance and complex advisory for a diverse regional portfolio. You will support corporate tax compliance by preparing computations and managing interactions with local tax authorities. Your role involves contributing to advisory projects including restructuring and fund structuring under the guidance of experienced partners. You will also participate in due diligence engagements to identify risks and support transaction structuring for various entities. Additionally, you will assist in business development efforts through industry research and the preparation of client presentations. You will maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery while staying updated on evolving regulations.

You should possess a degree or diploma in a relevant financial field or hold a professional taxation certification such as a CTP or CTC.
