What You Bring

5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced or transformation environments is advantageous. Healthcare hiring experience is advantageous but not essential.
Analytical and data‑driven; comfortable managing KPIs and using insights to improve outcomes.
Strong storytelling capabilities and employer branding instincts.
Purpose-driven mindset with a desire to shape the future of healthcare through people.
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
