Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for local workforce segment.  This role partners closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Operations teams to ensure timely manpower fulfilment, compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Areas of ​​responsibility

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing to employment offering
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for local manpower (80% blue collars, 20% white collars), including partnerships with agencies, educational institutions and overseas sourcing channels
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal recruitment governance standards
  • Manage recruitment pipelines, employer branding initiatives, job fairs, referral programmes and digital recruitment platforms
  • Involved in the manpower forecast needs and improve workforce stability
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide dashboards, reports and insights to drive data-driven hiring decisions
  • Review and enhance recruitment policies, SOPS and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Develop process improvement plan and streamline workflow to reduce cost, time and increase hiring efficiency
  • Involved in the development of onboarding process of new staff including induction and settlement of new hires

We believe the right candidate have relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced MNC environment.  You should be highly driven and results-oriented and able to handle large volume of blue-collar hiring.  You will manage the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
