Responsibilities: 

• Identify, source, and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach. 

• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate the suitability of candidates based on skills, mindset, and fit with company culture. 

• Collaborate with Directors, Team Heads, and Hiring Managers to assess manpower needs and establish hiring priorities. 

• Position the organization as an employer of choice through engaging job postings, compelling narratives, and active outreach. 

• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment reports throughout the hiring process. 

• Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, and streamline the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience. 

• Support recruitment marketing efforts, including career talks, webinars, and social media campaigns. 

• Work with internal teams to enhance recruitment messaging and propositions to attract top talent. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. 

• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or client-facing roles is advantageous. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively. 

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. 

• Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn is a plus. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to work independently.
