Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant
to join our team and drive our growth by identifying and engaging future top performers.
This role is ideal for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales acumen, and a passion for building relationships. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to source, assess, and bring in new talent to the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Function as a key business partner, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and consulting with hiring managers to meet ambitious headcount targets.
- Pipeline Generation & Sales: Implement creative sourcing strategies to generate a continuous pipeline of high-potential candidates. This is a proactive, outbound sales-focused role where you will be selling opportunities and negotiating terms.
- Consultative Assessment: Conduct initial assessments and in-depth interviews, utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate a candidate's aptitude, drive, and cultural fit for a high-performance sales environment.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and market compensation benchmarks to position our firm as the employer of choice.
- Process Efficiency: Manage all administrative tasks related to the recruitment lifecycle efficiently within our internal systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- A strong desire to work in a sales-oriented, commission- or bonus-driven environment. Your income potential is uncapped and tied to your results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and natural sales ability, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in B2B sales, real estate, or high-volume recruitment is highly valued).
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a persistent drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to influence decision-makers.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, HR, or a related field.
