We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience with Tableau and data integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers
• Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reporting solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of data visualization principles

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python/R for data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik)
• Experience working in Agile environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
