Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical, and other business-critical roles across APAC or multiple country markets.
  • Lead hands-on candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, providing clear, actionable hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Proactively identify and attract top talent through LinkedIn, internal talent pools, industry networks, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand talent needs, local market dynamics, and candidate expectations.
  • Drive headhunting initiatives, talent mapping, and pipeline building for key and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions and efficient hiring processes.
  • Support the build-up and scaling of the Singapore-based TA team, including onboarding, KPI tracking, and recruitment workflow management.
  • Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • 3–7 years of recruitment or executive search experience, with MNC or APAC/multi-country hiring exposure strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a recruitment team, with proven ability to build and scale TA functions.
  • Strong advantage if experienced in technical hiring for Gaming, Web3, or Internet / Tech companies.
  • Excellent headhunting capability and performance-driven working style, motivated by strong results and high income upside.
  • Solid understanding of APAC or multi-country recruitment trends, labor markets, and candidate motivations.
  • Highly proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented, able to prioritize business impact in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
