about the Job:

As a Systems Consultant, you will design, develop, and support enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, preparing technical specifications, coding, and performing unit, SIT, and UAT testing. You will manage deployments, job scheduling, and CI/CD activities, provide post-implementation support, and maintain technical documentation.

skills and Experience Required:

• Configure and maintain BMC Remedy Atrium CMDB, including CI attributes and relationships.
• Manage CMDB normalization, reconciliation, and discovery sync jobs for data accuracy.
• Develop and run Atrium Integrator (Spoon) ETL jobs for CI data integration.
• Create SQL queries and Smart Reports for CMDB metrics and KPI tracking.
• Administer user roles, permissions, and asset management governance.
• Support Remedy ITSM modules, patches, and environment maintenance.
• Integrate CMDB with ADDM and other tools using API and REST automation.
• Support CMDB changes, testing, and production deployments.
