Job Description
- Support System Lead in System design, development and project delivery
- Responsible for System documentation
- Formulate / revise specifications for purchase of IT equipment (e.g. servers, switches) and software, ensure successful and timely delivery by contractor
- Plan, manage and perform system equipment installation
- Perform system OS and software installation, configuration
- Perform OS hardening according to security guidelines
- Plan and conduct system acceptance tests with customer, prepare acceptance test reports
- Support integration testing
- Provide support during project phase and system warranty period
- Prepare operator manuals and assist in conduct of user training
