Role: System Engineer

Location: Central, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and support Windows-based infrastructure environments

• Deliver infrastructure projects and system deployments for clients

• Provide onsite and remote technical support, troubleshooting complex technical issues

• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted technology advisor

• Identify system improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions

• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Windows infrastructure

• Proven experience in implementation projects and technical support

• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS and cloud implementation projects

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Nice to have)
