Job Title: System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and collaborate with users to design and develop end-to-end solutions.
• Provide advice and support to business users on the effective use of application systems and IT solutions.
• Manage application system development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Design solutions that are robust, functional, and provide a seamless user experience.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Work closely with technical, solution, and information architects to align applications with enterprise architecture.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation for application systems.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in application development with technologies such as mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript, etc.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage user expectations and deliver within timelines.
• Knowledge/experience in Scrum and DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and technologies such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube, etc.
• Knowledge/experience in Cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong interest in IT, programming, and system design.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
