About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and innovative System/Software Engineer to join our Operational Excellence team. This role focuses on digital workflow automation, process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency through the smart application of technology in our manufacturing production.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement system-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

2. Develop applications using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or other relevant tools to streamline internal processes.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand process pain points and propose effective digital solutions.

4. Apply lean principles and data-driven approaches to optimize workflows.

5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through user-friendly digital tools and system innovation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Strong interest in system automation, digital tools, and improving workflows.

• Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, PLC, C++, C# programming, SQL database or other relevant software.

• Ability to analyse current processes and propose practical system-based improvements.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

• Location : Changi North

• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
