Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support syndicated loan transactions within the Corporate Banking team. This role will be responsible for coordinating deal execution, managing transaction documentation, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure smooth completion of syndicated financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage syndicated loan transactions from mandate through to financial close.

• Review and coordinate key transaction documentation including NDAs, Commitment Letters, Term Sheets, Facility Agreements, and other legal documentation.

• Act as the central coordination point between Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal Counsel, and external parties such as Mandated Lead Arrangers (MLABs) and Facility Agents.

• Consolidate internal feedback and coordinate revisions to transaction documentation before reverting to counterparties.

• Handle administrative and operational matters relating to secondary loan trading, including reviewing trade documentation and coordinating with agents.

• Ensure all transaction documentation and structures are aligned with approved credit terms, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Support deal execution processes to ensure timely completion of syndicated loan transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in syndicated finance, corporate lending, or structured finance within a commercial or investment bank.

Language

• Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholder
