Our client is a global MNC in the Oil and Gas industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their Supply Chain team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in Jurong Island with daily transportation pick-up and drop-off.

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair of LGS-owned packaging assets, including inspection, recertification, labeling, and component servicing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, covering labeling, safety markings, transport regulations, cylinder protection, and documentation.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure safe handling, timely shipments, and accurate transport schedules.
• Engage and negotiate with forwarders and carriers, handling bookings, portnet entries, and freight documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, bills of lading, and permits to ensure smooth customs clearance and dispute resolution.
• Define and review supply chain performance metrics with suppliers, while driving ESG initiatives and business-aligned strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, QA, distribution, and procurement teams, supporting sourcing initiatives across ASEAN.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Maritime, or other related field
• Experience in forwarding, shipping line
• · Experience in international shipping trade, DG cargo handling experience will be a bonus.
