Job Description

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Client Services Project Manager II, where your expertise will drive successful clinical trial projects and enhance client satisfaction. This role promises a rewarding opportunity to contribute to impactful solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive project management from study setup to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines.
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration among internal teams and external clients to meet service and product delivery standards.
  • Monitor project progression, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized throughout internal processes.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and mentor team members to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education in life sciences, healthcare, supply chain/logistics, business, or related areas is preferred.
  • Project management certification is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills with experience in managing multiple complex projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise is preferable.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with strong budget management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Detail-oriented attitude with a focus on documentation and compliance processes.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
