Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email

• Process orders and coordinate deliveries

• Update shipment status in internal systems

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation

• Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Prior customer service or logistics experience preferred
