Job Description
Our client is from a Component Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central West area.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage daily shipment arrangements, including PO processing, data entry, scheduling, and verification of shipping and billing documents.
Monitor customer orders, stock availability, production status, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfilment.
Support order backlog tracking and forecast coordination to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.
Coordinate closely with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners on production planning, shipment readiness, and export/import arrangements.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
Communicate with SEA customers via email and phone to provide updates, support order processing, and resolve operational issues.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, and LC-related documents.
Monitor logistics costs and support basic cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in issue resolution, including shipment discrepancies and customer complaints.
Perform ad-hoc coordination tasks as required.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business related studies or equivalent.
Min 4 years’ relevant working experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, customer service, or trading operations.
Knowledge of import/export processes, including Incoterms, invoices, and packing lists would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple coordination activities simultaneously.
Willing to occasional overseas travel when required
