Job Summary

Lead and ensure trade compliance (STC), import/export regulations, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) determination across the SEA region. This role is also responsible for analysing supply chain data to provide meaningful insights, supporting management reporting through dashboards, and leading supply chain projects to deliver a cost-effective, compliant, and high-performing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with trade regulations, import/export requirements, and chemical compliance to achieve zero incidents

• Monitor and maintain up-to-date trade compliance and regulatory requirements across SEA

• Develop and maintain customised reports and dashboards using BI tools to improve supply chain visibility

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead and manage assigned supply chain projects to ensure timely and smooth completion

• Ensure all supply chain regulations, processes, and workflows are current and properly documented

• Establish, implement, and deliver corporate compliance training as defined by SEC

• Facilitate STC and BCP audit processes in collaboration with regional ESC management

• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and compliance practices

• Support management reporting with clear data visualisation and insights

Requirements

• Strong experience in trade compliance, import/export regulations, and regulatory frameworks within ASEAN and Pakistan

• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using BI tools
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and project management skills
• Experience in supply chain operations within the Hi-Tech industry preferred
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficient in MS Office and BI tools
