Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Lead and mentor a team of officers and operational staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high service standards.
• Plan and coordinate procurement, stock replenishment, order management, and supplier relationships, including contracts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
• Manage 3rd party logistics providers and ensure warehouse operations run efficiently.
• Coordinate logistics equipment and facility maintenance, and implement process improvements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, handle audits, and resolve logistics-related complaints.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement, International Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, reliable, and analytical.
